Tourists can now also take away a popular tourist stamp and tourist stickers as a souvenir from their visit to the Church of the Finding of the Holy Cross. The tourist stamp for this important religious monument in Litomyšl was requested at the beginning of May, mainly due to the demand of visitors themselves. At the end of June, the application was first approved by the board of Tourist Stamps Ltd. and then put to an online vote on the website www.turisticke-znamky.cz, where for 14 days registered members could vote for or against the award of the tourist stamp. The result of the voting finally decided for the production of a new tourist stamp with the motif of the Church of the Finding of the Holy Cross. However, the result was not clear-cut. 128 users voted for the award and 102 against. Along with the production of the tourist stamp, special tourist stickers with the motif of the temple were also created. Both are available for purchase at the ticket office of the Church of the Finding of the Cross from 28 August 2015.
